Yes, we can ship internationally. The Hampton Chocolate Factory is not responsible or accountable for any international customs fees, duties, clearance, tariffs, import taxes or any other fees assessed by any local office. The Hampton Chocolate Factory is also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
The Hampton Chocolate Factory has been a family business since 2014 with a mission to showcase the luxury and taste of the Hamptons through artisan chocolate and decadent desserts. Today, the Hampton Chocolate Factory is run by two brothers, Austin and Grant who have grown up working in the Hampton Chocolate Factory since the ages of 14 and 11. Austin and Grant’s dedication and creativity are driving the Hampton Chocolate Factory and its collection of artisan chocolate forward, with the goal of becoming a luxury brand coveted by everyone!
During heat waves and summer months we insulate each shipment with reusable gel ice packs and insulated cooler bags. If the chocolate is passing through a state with a temperature above 70°F we will insulate your shipment.
Our goal is for our customers to be beyond happy and delighted. If your chocolate arrives damaged please contact Customer support email@example.com with a description of the damage and images within 24 hours of delivery .
Please store our chocolates in a dry place away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight to maintain their elite taste.
